“I found a love for art at a young age, my first career choice was an architect because I loved to draw and create things. Overtime I grew away from art and it became more of doodling and a form of relaxation, but once I began teaching preschool after college it helped me see the life lessons art can give. I eventually took on a very part time job with another paint company and my passion and love expanded; to watch very inexperienced artists walk away with their painting feeling like Picasso, Da Vinci, and van Gogh gave me a deeper fulfillment. With a degree in psychology, training in public speaking, and a career in technical training I am able to merge my love for helping people, teaching, and art into mini sessions of “therapy” while encouraging self care, internal motivation, and external encouragement.”
